| Liatris Spicata
This plant has feathery purple summer flowers
opening from the top of its spikes, It grows to 3 ft tall. It likes full sun
and does best in moderately fertile, moist, well-drained soil with added
organic matter.
I am growing several of these in pots around the
yard.
